The Serpo Project
Prepare yourself because this blog is only the beginning and Serpo takes us from the well known Roswell story to - whoa - hold on.
The question is do you want to know, and are you the type of person to be open minded enough to believe?
Imagine you've got top secret clearance for some reason - or even several levels above top secret. So there you are, in a top secret records division and you've got access to every top secret sensitive document in the world at your fingertips. What file would you reach for? What is it you are curious about?
You feel a cold sweat hit your forehead. Your hands shake slightly. You've been given the password. You hit an arrow key and scroll down the list. Do you click open a folder? Or do you just walk away?
Maybe you think of information in terms of money, but hypothetically speaking this circumstance was solely meant to determine the truth for yourself. Maybe you start small with a headliner like Snowden, or other various military secrets. CIA payroll or weird mind control experiments. You could get into weird conspiracy theories. Were they fact or fiction? Julia Child intelligence reports perhaps? The Grand Central terminals secret rooms, Google, Putin or world leader personal lives. Secret underground facility locations, clandestine affairs — well, the list goes on. Maybe you can't decide, or maybe you scroll back up, and see Roswell. You think, what the hell, why not? Its the first thing the media asks world country leaders about after all, so you open the Roswell folder. Don't forget to look through the The Serpo Project tucked inside though; A supposed top secret exchange program of twelve US military personnel to Serpo, a planet of Zeta Reticulli, between the years 1965-78.
If you don't know about Serpo, look into it sometime because its creepy stuff. I've attempted to take a light amount of information and put a few basic pieces together for an overall story. Most of what I know is simply taken from a website - Serpo.org. which has pages and pages to filter through. The information came to light recently in November 2005 by a retired senior official within the US Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) who calls himself "Anonymous". (The DIA exists I looked it up BTW)
If you aren't familiar with the astronomy of Zeta Reticulli its good way to begin. It's a real star system about 39.17 light years away which contains two G-2 class stars. G-2 stars are the same class as our sun, and go hand in hand with exo-planets that bear life and have similar traits to our own planet. You can confirm this through NASA or any other legitimate resource. But Zeta Reticulli is very peculiar in terms of alien stories. It also happens to be connected to Roswell event in 1947 when the Army recovered an extraterrestrial being and space craft near Corona New Mexico who claimed to be from the Reticulli System. According to the story, one living male extraterrestrial was alive and captured. Multiple sources say we called him EBE- short for Extraterrestrial Biological Entity. (A second ship was found in 1949.)
During this time, EBE is said to have established communications with us and provided us the location of his home planet's as the 4th planet that revolves around the Zeta -G2 star which we later named named (Serpo) EBE claimed Serpo sits at a distance from Zeta 2 at about 1.12 AU. This makes a certain amount of sense since Nasa confirms that distance to the sun is a "goldilocks" zone for life in terms of life bearing planets. According to these reports, EBE, remained alive until 1952, but died of health complications. BUT - before his death, he provided us with a full explanation of the items found inside the two crafts. According to the story, one item was a communication device and he was allowed to make contact with his planet.
After all of this Roswell commotion, which in itself is hard to believe, according to Serpo - theres's a lot more to the story. A LOT more. A meeting date was set for April 1964 near Alamogordo New Mexico. It was here that the Aliens (Ebens) landed again and retrieved the bodies of their dead comrades. Did they also retrieve our extended visitor - the alien engineer EBE who died in 52? I couldn't find that particular answer, but information was exchanged and communication was made with a translation device. AND an agreement was made.
Just one year later in 1965, near the northern part of a Nevada Test Site, we supposedly took part in an exchange program with the aliens. The aliens landed and 12 Americans left for Serpo - on one of their ships, while an EBE alien (a scientist) remained with us on Earth. The plan was for our people to stay on Serpo for 10 years and then return to Earth. We carefully selected these military personnel; ten men and two women. Skilled in various specialties, they were trained, vetted and carefully removed from the military system. The ship that took them connected to a larger ship in space - which then took a little over nine months to reach Serpo. Their ship speed was 40 times the speed of light. There was a "force pulse generator" that projected a field in front of the spaceship once it was in space. The Ebens explained this force pulse generator (we called it that) moved "space" and allowed the Eben ship to skip the time warp and move through space at a faster speed. The force pulse generator was contained in the front of the bigger ship. The generator looked like a series of large chambers connected together by vents and tub-lets. The center chamber contained a liquid and one smaller chamber contained a gas. The projected port looked like a large vent opening, with casting wheels on each side. The center of the large vent contained one portal. Since we never actually observed this force pulse generator working, we could NOT understand how it worked or the science behind the operation of the generator.
For reasons unknown our interstellar team remained on Serpo slightly longer than planned, until 1978. When they were returned to the same location in Nevada - only eight returned. (The Eben civilization was estimated to be about 10,000 years old. They evolved from another planet, not on Serpo. The original home planet of the Ebens was threatened with extreme volcanic activity. The Ebens had to relocate to Serpo in order to protect their civilization. This occurred some 5,000 years ago.
The Ebens had a great interplanetary battle with another race about 3,000 years ago. The Ebens lost many thousands in their battle. The Ebens completely eliminated all of their enemies. The Ebens have never fought another war since. The Ebens have been space travelers for the past 2,000 years. The Ebens first visited Earth about 2,000 years ago.)
As for me, I wonder what this means and did the persons involved consider (if true) any unintended consequences? According to statistics over half the worlds population believes alien life to be true. But there is a difference between suspecting and really KNOWING. BUT also that we went there? And that they came here? What? I know about the universe is this: basically nothing, but could this be true? People usually argue over the fact that we don't have the technology for space travel, or to reach another planet, but what if we hitch a ride?
Theres this strange rumor repeated over and over online about the theory of a Public Acclimation Program. It's not unreasonable that the government would have protected this information, but what worries me is how anyone could have justified an undertaking like Serpo, when we endeavored to travel to the moon that very same year. It's also dismaying to think we've experienced interstellar contact and its been held back as a secret for this long. And where are the inventions for free energy? Did you know if we had free energy (which is a suggested technology we have from Roswell) water could be brought to the poorest countries in the world and it would end starvation? I find this report unnerving, and who's to say Serpo didn't happen. What other exchanges and agreements took place? In 1965 there were plenty of progressive minds out there that could have dared.

A member of President Eisenhower’s National Security Council. The Day After Roswell is an American book about extraterrestrial spacecraft and the Roswell UFO incident. Rancher - WW ‘Mac’ Brazel
In 1947, the Army, Air Force Base, was contacted by [William Ware] 'Mack' Brazel who said, 'there's a UFO or something strange out here'. Major Jesse Marcel is the first military officer, out on the debris field, looking at this strange wreckage in the middle of nowhere in New Mexico.

Major Jesse A Marcel, the first person on the scene of the Roswell crash in July 1947. His family believe Major Marcel was pressured by the US government to retract his original statement of what he discovered at the crash site and deny he ever saw evidence of a UFO. They possess Marcel’s diary, believed to contain clues about the truth of what happened at Roswell and new evidence of where the alien wreckage might still lie buried. The investigation is led by Ben Smith, a former CIA operative. 2022.
Sheriff Jess Slaughter and his deputy, Charles Fogus
Heard police radio reports of a crashed aircraft in early July 1947 and decided to investigate. When they came across the site the pair saw alien bodies being loaded onto trucks, Mr Fogus said in a 1999 interview: "The bodies must have been five-feet tall," he explains. "I saw the legs and feet on some of them. They looked like our feet. The skin was a brownish colour, like they were in the sun too long. There were soldiers there, about 300 or 400 of them. The newly surfaced interview was recorded and conducted by private investigator Deanna Short in 1999, and is revealed in new book - UFOs Today - 70 Years of Lies, Misinformation and Government Cover-Up
1st Lt. Walter Haut
Public information officer at the 509th Bomb Group based in Roswell New Mexico during the Roswell crash incident. Upon his death he released an affidavit, which stated that on July 8, 1947, following the press release he put out in the afternoon, he was taken out to a base hangar by Colonel Blanchard. There he saw an egg-shaped craft about 15 feet long and several small bodies about four feet tall with large heads. He was convinced the bodies were alien and had come from a crashed spacecraft.
Although he was sworn to secrecy by Colonel Blanchard in regards to what he knew about the Roswell incident, Haut devised a way in 2002 to both keep his word and reveal what he knew – by preparing a signed affidavit to be opened after his death.
Project SERPO's" final report was written in 1980 with Dr Sagan having been brought in half way through the project. It is believed that he wrote his 1985 bestseller, CONTACT, based on his insider knowledge of the most secret project in human history: a human-alien exchange program of which he signed off on its final report. Years later, his book was made into the 1997 movie CONTACT starring Jodie Foster.
